Picture this… you’re dropped in the middle of a forest in the body of a small woodland mouse. You’re surrounded by bushes and trees. Chasing each other all around you are deer, fox, elephants, snakes, dragons and more.

You run and hide in the hole at the base of a tree. When the ambush passes, you peek out of your hiding place. A big bushel of grass looks tempting to eat. Your stomach turns with hunger… and a big red hunger bar flashes above your head in this game of fight or flight. You have no choice - you must go for it!

You run and grab the grass. Instantly your hunger is satisfied, and your world seems to fill with light. Gaining confidence, you eat again and again.
